Erick Wilson

Throughout his professional career, Erick Wilson has been described by his peers as is a driven, passionate and dynamic I.T. professional and entrepreneur.

Erick is the President, CEO, and head visionary of TEC Works — Jacksonville’s premiere Managed I.T. Solutions Provider. Defining success as providing nothing less than an exceptional client experience, Erick understood early on that in order for TEC Works to be successful in the eyes of his client-base he had to completely change the flawed corporate business mantra of profits before people. In doing so, Erick essentially found the purpose of why he founded TEC Works in the first place: To provide the best client experience that includes a client’s perception of TEC Works, their interaction with TEC Works, and their recollection of that entire process, from beginning to end, at all touch points.

His efforts have been highly acclaimed and recognized through several awards, including the most recent:

Torri Washington

Torri is currently employed as a Systems Administrator at TEC Works in Jacksonville, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science; Information Systems Security degree from I.T.T. Technical Institute in 2005—which provided the stepping stone he needed to launch his professional career in the Information Technology field. That same year, Torri began a joint venture with Erick Wilson to create an I.T. company that was more than just a few geeks in a smart car.

What Torri brings to TEC Works involves more than working with computers and servers. His efforts are focused on making technology less burdensome for users. When it comes to problem solving, Torri is quick to adopt the users’ perspective in order to define the human side of the administrator’s equation. He understands the value of educating TEC Works’ clients so they feel comfortable (and empowered) with the technology they are using.

Torri is currently pursuing various I.T. certifications to solidify his knowledge and skills.
